- White onion could be a replacement.
- Orange Serrano Peppers are a fine substitute for chili.
- Lime will make the red onion go slightly pink as it pickles the salsa.
- Make in a mason jar as it’s easy to shake the mixture up and good for storage.
STORAGE
Store covered in the fridge, and it will last up to one week.
