Italian-Kale-and-Bean-Recipe

A very simple but bold dish that goes very well with the Natera plant-based Breaded Cutlets (Schnitzel)

Takes 20 minutes to make, 4 servings

INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS

In a large skillet or Dutch oven with a lid, over medium heat, heat olive oil. Add Shallots and garlic until soft 3 minutes, add the kale and sauté until it cooks down, add the beans and hot vegetable stock, cook till tender about 8 minutes.
