Makes 2 plant-based Fish’un Burgers
2 Crispy Fish'un burger
2 Large Italian Buns
2 tbs Lemon Sandwich Sauce
2 Dill Pickles
Lemon Wedges
1 cup White Cabbage, fine sliced
½ stick celery, fine sliced
½ cup Italian flat leaf parsley, chopped
1 tbs. lemon juice
1 tbs. Maple syrup
1 tsp celery seed
Sea salt and pepper to taste
Cook the Fish'un burger
Mix cabbage, celery, parsley together with maple syrup, lemon juice, celery seed, sea salt and pepper
Slice buns add the slaw as a base for the fillet
Apply lemon sandwich sauce to the top of the bun
Slice dill pickles lengthways
Serve with lemon wedges, and Simple Slaw
